Wow, for once I'm submitting something that means a lot to me.

I've had this idea in a book, sketched up for a long time now and I made it the day after I had the worst nightmare I've ever had in my entire life (so far).

I'm not going to go try to explain the dream because it's something that I think will only effect me, because of who I am and what my past demons are.
The person in my dream looked so life-like I was traumatized for the rest of the day(after the dream) and scared that I might see them on the street. Their face was burned into my memory and I didn't know what I would do if someone out there looked like that person. I was frightened to death.

The creepiest part about this painting...is that I started painting it today... I only did so because today is my day off and I had time. While writing this, I went back into my diary and read the entry of the dream to find out it happened THIS MONTH of last year. Weird. Last Thursday would have been the anniversary of the date and that's around the time I sketched it out on larger paper.

FREAKY AS HELL.
Anyways, I spent all day on this and I think I've given it the respect it deserves for being such a memorable (though terrible) moment in my life.
Good new is that I haven't had any dream like that ever again. Thank goodness.
